New York Film Festival’s 61st edition will take place from September 29 to October 15, 2023. Their lineups are always exciting, but this year’s seems especially loaded with acclaimed new films from all around the world.
Todd Haynes’ MAY DECEMBER starring Natalie Portman and Julianne Moore will open the festival. Sofia Coppola’s PRISCILLA depicting the relationship between Priscilla and Elvis Presley is the Centerpiece. Michael Mann will close out the festival with FERRARI starring Adam Driver and Penélope Cruz.
In between those films there will be a treasure trove of fine world cinema awaiting the eager New York audiences. Here are some of the highly anticipated films that will screen at NYFF61.
